Bodhi Bolton is an undergraduate psychology student at Naropa University driven by a deep
commitment to helping others. Shaped by personal experience, his approach to psychology is
rooted in authenticity, empathy, and real-world understanding. He is especially interested in
mental health, self-awareness, and creating meaningful changes in people’s lives.
Drawing from his own lived experiences with mental health and addiction, Bodhi approaches his
work with genuine care and understanding. He is dedicated to supporting others in their growth,
with the goal of helping them build the strength and direction needed to move forward in their
own lives.
Outside of his studies, Bodhi enjoys spending time with his cat, family, and friends. In his free
time, he can usually be found skateboarding, snowboarding, meditating, hiking, reading, or
playing video games.
