Chelsea Rubio

IOP Therapist

Chelsea holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Psychology from Regis University. She brings six years of experience in Colorado’s nonprofit sector, where she spent years in nonprofit leadership,  expanding care access coordination across the state, and youth program development. 

Chelsea is passionate about working with teens. She is currently working towards her Licensed Addictions Counseling credential. She strongly believes that recovery is possible. She employs therapeutic modalities such as ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Narrative Therapy (story-telling), and a Multicultural framework to help clients feel empowered on their path to healing.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys trying new restaurants, attedending concerts, or curling up with her two dogs reading a good book!
