Do you accept insurance, and if so, which ones?
We proudly accept Mountain Strong EAP, Signal BHN, CCHA Medicaid, Colorado Access Medicaid, Aetna, and Cigna, ensuring a broad range of our services are covered for those in need.

We recognize the challenges that can come with finding high-quality care within the constraints of insurance coverage. That’s why we’re also excited to offer grant-funded scholarships specifically designed for teens and families whose insurance plans are not currently accepted by us. These scholarships aim to bridge the gap, making sure that financial barriers do not stand in the way of receiving the vital support and care needed. For more information on how you can benefit from our insurance options or apply for a scholarship, please contact us via email or phone.

When is virtual care the right choice for a family?

In today’s digital age, virtual care presents a unique and effective solution for delivering mental health services to teens. Our virtual care model is particularly beneficial for the following reasons:

  1. Enhanced Accessibility and Presence: Our ability to connect through devices ensures we are consistently accessible to the child, no matter where they are. This constant availability allows us to have a profound impact on both the home and school environments, promoting healthier dynamics and supporting the teen’s overall well-being.
  2. Convenience: By eliminating the need for physical transportation, virtual care significantly reduces the logistical burden on families. This ease of access is especially valuable for those juggling busy schedules or living in areas with limited mental health resources.
  3. Statewide Service: Our virtual platforms enable us to extend our reach to teenagers across the entire state, ensuring that no one is left without support due to geographical limitations.
  4. Customization and Individualization: We pride ourselves on the flexibility of our programs, which are tailored to meet the unique needs of each teenager. This personalization ensures that every participant receives care that is directly aligned with their individual requirements and goals.

Virtual care is an excellent option for families seeking accessible, convenient, and personalized mental health services for their teens. It allows for a level of engagement and customization that traditional care models may not always provide, making it an ideal choice for many families.

Are programs available for MH, SUD, or co-occurring disorders?

We provide dedicated programs for both mental health (MH) and substance use disorders (SUD), recognizing the unique challenges and treatments required for each. Beyond these specialized programs, we also have a strong focus on co-occurring disorders, providing integrated care for individuals experiencing both mental health issues and substance use disorders simultaneously. Our holistic approach ensures that every teen receives tailored support that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

How do you engage with families in the treatment process?

At Antelope Recovery, we place a high value on family involvement in the therapeutic journey of teens. We actively engage parents to the extent they are comfortable, providing multiple avenues for participation. These include:

  • Weekly Parent Groups: An opportunity for parents to connect, share experiences, and receive support.
  • Parent Coaching: Tailored guidance to help parents navigate the challenges of supporting their teen’s recovery.
  • Family Therapy: Sessions designed to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen family bonds.

Understanding that every teen’s situation is unique, for those whose parents may not be involved, we extend our support to include other significant adults in the teen’s life who play a nurturing role. Our goal is to ensure a supportive network, fostering an environment conducive to recovery and growth, regardless of the family configuration.

If a patient’s insurance is not currently accepted, please reach out to discuss financing and scholarship availability.

We’re here to help you navigate the increasingly complicated process of finding care for teenagers.

  1. Give us a call
You have two convenient options: call our main admissions line for comprehensive support or reach out to Travis on his personal cell for a more direct connection.
  2. Schedule an assessment
We offer flexible scheduling options, either over the phone with you or directly with the family, to arrange an assessment conducted by our clinical director. During this session, she will engage with both the parents and the teen to understand their current challenges, review any past treatment and medical history, and begin crafting a tailored care plan. To facilitate seamless collaboration, we’ll obtain a Release of Information (ROI) at this stage, allowing us to communicate with you about the client’s care as required.
  3. Continued Collaboration
Once treatment begins, we remain committed to ongoing collaboration with you. Your level of involvement can vary, but we will provide updates on the teen’s progress, as needed. Additionally, we may invite you to participate in our monthly Interdisciplinary Case Consultations, if appropriate.

The teens in your care are at a special stage in their journey. Where they take their next steps matters for their long-term success. So why chose Antelope?

The program works

We utilize rigorous measurement-based care metrics throughout our entire program, allowing us to refine our program. We know it works – read our case study to see what care with Antelope can look like.

Evidence-based addiction care

We believe in using treatment modalities that we know work. We utilize measurement-based care and evidence-based treatments such as contingency management to support our families.

Designed for adolescents

Adolescents require care that is very different from that of children or adults. By focusing on the adolescent population, we’ve been able to create a developmentally appropriate program that is family-focused.

Individualized & Flexible

We work with the family and teen schedule. We create individualized schedules for each client that work with the family’s strengths and goals. Clients don’t make our program work, we work with them.
